President Hakainde Hichilema announced that he met with Mr. Donald Trump Jr. during the latter’s private vacation in Zambia.
According to the President, Trump Jr. expressed admiration for Zambia’s natural beauty, the warmth of its people, and the investment opportunities the country offers to U.S. businesses.
President Hichilema said he conveyed warm regards to U.S. President Donald J. Trump and reaffirmed Zambia’s commitment to strengthening bilateral ties.
“We remain dedicated to fostering enhanced U.S.–Zambia relations,” Hichilema noted.
The visit highlights Zambia’s growing appeal as both a tourism destination and an investment hub, with officials emphasizing the importance of continued engagement between Lusaka and Washington.
