Zambia must beat Chad – KABASO

Chipolopolo Defender, KABASO CHONGO says tomorrow’s 2025 Group G African Cup of Nations return leg qualifier against Chad is a must-win for the team.

CHONGO says the group is not easy and that there are no simple fixtures.

He however says that the players are determined to win their remaining games and qualify to the Afcon.

Zambia takes on Chad tomorrow in Yaoundé, Cameroon, at 15:00 hours, hoping to make amends from last Friday’s disappointing barren draw in Ndola.

And Football Association of Zambia -FAZ- President ANDREW KAMANGA says having drawn Friday’s game, it is expected that the Chipolopolo should pick up maximum points tomorrow.

KAMANGA said despite the team having misfortunes with the long list of injured players, the situation presents a perfect opportunity for others to rise to the occasion.

He said this in his weekly publication dubbed the ‘President’s Corner.’
