“RTSA will not reinstate Juldan Motorway’s License”
The Road Transport and Safety Agency -RTSA- says it will not reinstate the operating licence for JULDAN MOTORWAYS, until it complies with all road safety measures.
RTSA Chief Executive Officer, AMON MWEEMBA says the agency’s decision to suspend the company’s licence still stands despite threats of a planned protest tomorrow, November 21.
Speaking to Journalists today, Mr MWEEMBA has explained that the RTSA has a mandate to safeguard the safety of the public and will not stop at anything.
Mr MWEEMBA said earlier today the RTSA had a meeting with JULDAN MOTORWAYS management, which stated their willingness to comply with the law.
The RTSA recently suspended JULDAN Motorways’ operation licence, following an accident involving one its buses, in which 4 people died, but as well oter road safety breaches.
