NAPSA Pays Out K10 Billion in Partial Withdrawals

The National Pension Scheme Authority (NAPSA) has announced that it has paid out 10 billion Kwacha to over 500,000 members under the partial withdrawal scheme.
Director General Muyangwa Muyangwa explained that the partial withdrawal is paid monthly to any member who qualifies.
Mr. Muyangwa further disclosed that the scheme has grown significantly, from K56 billion in 2021 to K109 billion currently, with plans to expand to K133 billion in the near future.
He emphasized that all investments are made locally, aimed at generating more jobs and uplifting the living standards of Zambians.
Mr. Muyangwa added that NAPSA is prioritizing investments in the energy sector, which he described as critical at the moment, while also channeling resources into road infrastructure development.
