Mopani Copper Mine Workers Get 12% Salary Increase

Mopani Copper Mines has increased by 12 percent salaries for all its employees.
This follows the successful conclusion of the collective bargaining process with the mine unions.
National Union of Miners and Allied Workers (NUMAW) President Saul Simujika has welcomed the salary increment for his members at Mopani Copper Mines.
Mr Simujika told ZNBC News that while the unions wanted to get more for the employees, it is satisfied with what has been achieved so far.
He said that the workers will see salary increment of over one thousand across the board.
