Chawama Member of Parliament Bright Nundwe has commended President Hakainde Hichilema’s Constituency Development Fund (CDF) initiative, describing it as a critical tool for driving grassroots development.
Speaking during the commissioning of Kuku Police Post, Mr. Nundwe said the initiative demonstrates that President Hichilema means well for the Zambian people.
He noted that the K40 million allocated to the constituency is clear evidence of government’s commitment to inclusive development.
Mr. Nundwe added that the commissioning of the Kuku Police Post marks a major milestone in enhancing security in Chawama.
He emphasized that development can only be achieved when Members of Parliament and the central government work together.
The MP assured residents that his leadership will remain focused on collaboration, inclusivity, and long-term progress for the constituency.
