President Hakainde Hichilema says the partnership between Zambia and China continues to grow in strength, cooperation, and shared ambition.
He noted that the partnership spans infrastructure, trade, cultural exchange, and people-to-people ties.
In his Chinese New Year message to President Xi Jinping and the citizens of the People’s Republic of China, President Hichilema said that as China welcomes the Year of the Fire Horse, the two nations celebrate not only a new lunar cycle but also their enduring friendship.
The President expressed hope that the New Year will bring renewed energy, prosperity, and progress for both countries, particularly within the Comprehensive Strategic and Cooperative Partnership.
