The Technical Committee on Amendments to the Constitution has commenced plenary sessions to review submissions made on the proposed amendments contained in its first draft report.
In an interview with ZNBC in Lusaka, Technical Committee Spokesperson LANDILANI BANDA said the Committee is considering all submissions collected through the three platforms: online, physical and written.
Meanwhile, Committee member EVA JHALA has described the just-ended submission process as transparent and inclusive.
Ms. JHALA said this was evident from the overwhelming response of the many Zambians who came forward to make qualitative submissions to the process.
She added that the Committee managed to gather submissions from all districts, describing this as a milestone given the short timeframe for the undertaking.
