Secretary to the Cabinet, PATRICK KANGWA, has urged government officials to take Cabinet decisions seriously and ensure they are carried out without delay.

Mr. KANGWA has expressed concern that some officials are not making use of the electronic Cabinet system, which was created to support the smooth execution of Cabinet decisions.
He has also called on officials to observe the Public Finance Management Act of 2018, describing it as essential for building public confidence.
Speaking during the Senior Government Service Management meeting in Lusaka today, Mr. KANGWA underlined the importance of upholding the principles of unity and development embodied in the national motto, ‘One Zambia, One Nation’.
He further said that while government has made solid progress in several areas, more work remains to be done.
