The National Prosecution Authority (NPA) has taken possession of property belonging to former Defense Minister Geoffrey Bwalya Mwamba, located on Luanshya Road in Lusaka.
The property, linked to a non-conviction based forfeiture case involving Mr. Mwamba, has now been secured by the Authority.
NPA Public Relations Manager Viviane Nsingo confirmed the development in an interview with ZNBC News today.
Meanwhile, NPA General and Appeals Department Head Mercy Lungu clarified that the property is not part of the subordinate court judgment but relates to an appeal that was before the Economic and Financial Crimes Court.
