The Court of Appeal has granted Morgan Ng’ona, Secretary General of the Robert Chabinga-led PF faction, an injunction restraining PF faction Secretary General in charge of Politics Miles Sampa from altering the party’s list of office bearers.
The ex parte injunction was issued by Court of Appeal Judge Kelvin Muzenga, who has set April 24, 2026 for the inter partes hearing of the application to restrain Mr. Sampa from pursuing changes at the Registrar of Societies.
Mr. Ng’ona had appealed to the Court of Appeal after Lusaka High Court Judge Conceptor Zulu dismissed his earlier application for an injunction.
