SIMUUWE Hails UPND By-Election Wins

UPND Media Director MARK SIMUUWE has hailed the party’s recent by-election victories, describing them as a clear reflection of the people’s confidence in the ruling party and its development agenda.

Mr. SIMUUWE says the wins are a testament to the party’s development agenda and its commitment to improving the lives of Zambians.

Speaking during a press briefing in Lusaka, Mr. SIMUUWE noted that the UPND’s development initiatives, such as the cash for work programme, free education, and skills training, have resonated with the people.

He also noted the party’s achievements, including recruiting thousands of people, clearing debts owed to farmers, council workers, and retirees, and growing the economy.

Mr. SIMUUWE further announced that the UPND is pushing for presidential debates, adding that President, HAKAINDE HICHILEMA, is available for debates, and ministers are also ready to participate.

He has since challenged the opposition to bring their best candidates to the debates, saying the UPND is confident in its achievements and vision for the country.
