The Electoral Commission of Zambia –ECZ- has extended the mass voter registration exercise by three days.
ECZ Chairperson MWANGALA ZALOUMIS says the extension will run from Thursday, 27 November to Saturday, 29 November 2025.
Speaking at a press briefing this evening, Mrs. ZALOUMIS explained that the decision follows the overwhelming response from eligible voters who have continued to turn up in large numbers to register.
She said the exercise will not be extended further after 29 November 2025 and urged all eligible citizens who have not yet registered to take advantage of the additional days.
