The Copper Queens will tomorrow take on hosts Malawi in the opening game of the Three Nations Tournament.
Coach Nora Hauptle’s side will be in action against Malawi at 17:00 hours at the Bingu National Stadium.
The tournament, featuring Zambia, Malawi, and Zimbabwe, is being used to prepare the South African team ahead of the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON).
Hauptle has traveled with a compact squad comprising both experienced and youthful players for the assignment.
Leading the team is striker Racheal Kundananji, stepping up in the absence of Barbara Banda, who is sidelined due to injury.
The Three Nations Tournament, which began on 28th November, will conclude on 2nd December 2025.
