Vice President MUTALE NALUMANGO says investment is not merely a flow of capital, but a partnership that brings knowledge, innovation, and shared prosperity.
Mrs. NALUMANGO says Zambia is ready to learn valuable lessons from China’s development experience while charting its own path towards sustainable and inclusive growth.
She has praised China’s remarkable economic transformation, saying the resilience of the Chinese people and the vision of their leadership, continue to inspire nations across the globe.
The Vice President was speaking during an engagement with the leadership of the Ningbo Communist Party of China -CPC, represented by CPC Deputy Secretary of Zhejiang Province WANG CHENG.
She expressed confidence that the dialogue held in Ningbo will yield meaningful outcomes, anchored on win-win cooperation.
The Vice President was accompanied by UPND Deputy Secretary General GETRUDE IMENDA.
